Keira’s Kingdom’s mindfulness group is held online via zoom every Monday evening 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
This is a themed guided mindfulness meditation group where we explore different topics and visualizations weekly.
The meditations are guided by Michelle who is a qualified mindfulness and reiki practitioner. Participants often request the theme of the meditations.
