Support for those living with a life-limiting mental or chronic illness.
Our ladies swimming group takes place every Monday at 10.30am till 11.30am.
The group coincides with the ladies only swim at Grand Central Life Leisure Stockport.
Meet outside at 10.25am and enjoy a leisurable swim at your own pace, then afterwards enjoy a hot drink and a natter with the ladies in the group at McDonalds Grand Central 11.30am till 12.30pm.

Keira’s Kingdom’s mindfulness group is held online via zoom every Monday evening 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
This is a themed guided mindfulness meditation group where we explore different topics and visualizations weekly.
The meditations are guided by Michelle who is a qualified mindfulness and reiki practitioner. Participants often request the theme of the meditations.

Our Ladies walking football group is run in collaboration with Age UK and Life Leisure Brinnington.
The sessions are held every Wednesday at 1pm-2pm at Brinnington Life Leisure, outdoor on the Astroturf pitch.
The sessions are fun, friendly and accessible for all, regardless of disabilities. We are a non-competitive team of ladies, who come together to have fun.
After the session we all have a light snack and hot or cold drink in the community room at Life Leisure 2pm-3pm.
